The 2800m2 building, a research and development facility for Tübitak - Sage, comprises various laboratory spaces and office spaces with specific volume and height requirements. These spaces are arranged under a single sloping roof. The lowest roof height housing storage spaces and the highest the first floor offices. The building structure is a composite of reinforced concrete floor and columns, carrying the steel frame roof structure. At both ends of the building the steel roof structure folds to retain the facades.

The facility is sited on a sloping terrain, therefor a land cut and fill operation will proceed the construction. The land form is designed in fitting form of the building structure. A large tract of land is reserved around the building to detain run off water from the roof and the service areas. On the south facing patio a landscaped recreation area is designed. The north face of the building is reserved for all services.
