Ilıca - Çeşme

Ilıca Recreation Center will be the social and sports club of the Şantiye housing community that characterizes the Ilıca neighborhood of Çeşme town. The recreation center will replace the outdated club building. The existing trees will be preserved as well as most of the open air sports fields.

The recreation center will comprise a club building, restaurants, lounges, fitness center, a spa and guest rooms, along with open air swimming pools and sports fields. The center is developed to surround the swimming pool with open and semi open building spaces. An abstract and modern building is intended.
