The program in the fashion of a hyper metropolitan building will house classrooms for a variety of vocational training programs, in addition to a guesthouse, an independent conference hall, exhibition spaces, a cafeteria and underground parking. The site is a typical İstanbul plot on a steep slope where level difference exceeds ten meters from front to end, located in a very dense urban neighborhood among eight story apartment buildings and narrow avenues.

In response to the complexity of the program and the irregular shape of the site, the architectural plan is divided into programmatic bands parallel to the long edge of the site that house components of the architectural program each accessible from a separate level thereby in architectural section ensuring independent use of each program and allows for controlled accessibility of different programs within the building. As a result education programs can be performed simultaneously with seminar and exhibition programs. Conference center can be independently programmed.
