Beylikdüzü - Istanbul

Project involves design and landscaping of the ground floor of Beylikdüzü mixed use development.

The Housing project is located on a prominent location at Beylikdüzü and the ground and first floors of the project comprises a shopping mall, centered around an open air courtyard. The landscaping of the courtyard was prepared with hardscape, planters and water fountains. Furthermore The surrounding land around the buildings were planned and designed with a promenade an urban plaza, car parking green areas and playgrounds. Lighting of the complex was also designed to facilitate a modern urban landscape
